After I got the brief information about the commission, the customers were supposed to deposit 50% of the full amount to me. Then I will start the rough sketch and send it to the customers for checkup.  

The line art, flat color, and full color will be sent to the customer during the process of the work and the customer can request any modification for free. After the work is 100% done, The customers are allowed to request modification 3 times. After that, if more modification is needed, there will be a $5Cdn charge per modification.
